A central focus of our research is to transform medical imaging from a snapshot-based approach into a dynamic tool for studying how metabolism functions and changes in real time within the human body.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-aa09a5ce0fb8dbe0ad99cb1045b5afb3\"><strong>Obesity<\/strong> and <strong>type 2 diabetes <\/strong>are the primary focus of our work, serving as key models to study the mechanisms driving metabolic dysfunction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-a48c623a5b823d05da6f5fd4f3cba857\">We collaborate across disciplines, uniting expertise in imaging sciences, endocrinology, computational biology, and clinical research.
