- Our PI, Mueez U-Din, was invited to Vitafoods Europe 2026 to give a talk entitled “NAD+ Metabolism in Humans: Insights from Brown Fat Physiology and Uthever® NMN“. Vitafood Europe is one of the major annual events for the nutraceutical industry (over 1,600 exhibitors and roughly 30,000 attendees).
- Our PI, Mueez U-Din, and doctoral researcher, Syeda E. Zaidi, attended the European Congress on Obesity (ECO2026), in Istanbul, Türkiye. Syeda presented our research on the effects of cold exposure on renal metabolism.

- Our PI, Mueez U-Din, and doctoral researcher, Petar Kosijer, attended the scientific meeting, NAD for Health in Copenhagen, focused on NAD⁺ biology, metabolism, and health. Petar presented our findings on cold acclimation and systemic NAD⁺ metabolism.

- Data collection for the BATNAD clinical trial continues with PET imaging and metabolic phenotyping of study participants.
